Premier was founded by Mr Barry Lee Surtees in 2007, after spending over 20 in the trade himself. Still growing, Premier has a number of full time employees, all experienced and knowledgeable. Our goal is to provide a friendly and professional service, ensuring we preserve our name as being dependable and reputable at all times.
Premier understands and appreciates the value of detail and quality, to ensure the standard of work is kept to an exceptional level a project manager will liaise with clients and spend time on site where necessary. Today, Premier provide a huge range of building services, from property maintenance to building extensions and undertaking building conversions, throughout northern England.
